Intumit人工智慧機器人與地稅局與中區國稅局先前已分別建置「中稅AI可比」及「AI小吉」智能客服系統，今日進一步合作，在同一個網站上，增置可同時查詢地方稅與國稅的智能客服系統，讓民眾可輕鬆獲得24小時全年無休的國地稅聯合服務。「服務只有更好，沒有最好！」陳局長指出，未來Intumit將與國稅局持續提升人工智慧機器人的理解能力、答題語法及精準度，創造更優質的納稅服務環境協助民眾。
