CTC launches Smart365 specialized for Microsoft 365
Accelerate digital transformation with pre-built knowledge of Microsoft Teams
ITOCHU Techno- Solutions Corporation (President: Ichiro Tsuge, HQ: Chiyoda, Tokyo, Abbr. CTC), a partner of Intumit, will start selling Smart365, an AI chatbot that is specialized to answer questions regarding Microsoft 365 from today. The price of the cloud/SaaS version will start from 100,000JPY/month, and on-premise version will also be available depending on customer’s requirements of IT environment.
AI chatbots which can support internal IT systems and provides real-time assistance are getting more and more popular as companies are aiming to reduce operational loading for the employees while also improving quality of service for customers.
Smart365 is an AI chatbot specialized for Microsoft 365 with a native Microsoft Teams application as the default frontend user interface. Users can easily arrange schedules, share information, enable task managements, or arrange meeting resources. Built-in Q&A knowledge base for operational functions allows quick implementation for industries who wants to start using the application right away. Smart365 will support Japanese, Chinese, English and Thai, and will be available for other languages in ASEAN regions in the near future as it is aiming for global expansion.
Intumit has been partnering with CTC since May 2019 and have been working closely together in providing AI chabot services for the Japanese market.
