(President: Ichita Todoroki, Headquarters: Nagano City, Nagano Prefecture). The New COVID-19 Vaccination AI Chatbot uses Intumit SmartRobot and is now available at a local government in Japan.

Densan has gathered and set vaccination knowledge into the AI Chatbot in aim to help residents to quickly receive answers to vaccination procedures and processes. Questions such as making reservation for the new COVID-19 vaccination, how to arrive at the vaccination site, and procedures to follow for vaccination can be answered are presented through its preset response. In addition, by automatically applying the latest information on COVID-19 announced by the Ministry of Health on a regular basis, the staff’s burdens are significantly reduced, allowing the SmartRobot to continue serving residents with updated information’s, saving time on maintenance and costs for local governments while continue in servicing residents 24/7, 365 days a year.

Intumit have been researching in Natural Language Processing (NLP) for many years and are expanding efforts in Conversational AI’s innovative user experience. Intumit協助日本合作夥伴提供新冠肺炎疫苗AI智能機器人服務

伊藤忠テクノソリューションズ株式会社（代表取締役社長：柘植 一郎、總公司：東京都港區、以下簡稱：CTC）與長野縣的系統整合服務公司株式会社電算（代表取締役社長：轟 一太、總公司：長野縣長野市、以下簡稱：電算）合作，從本日起CTC將銷售電算所提供的新冠肺炎疫苗AI智能機器人服務。

此次所推出的新冠肺炎AI智能機器人，是以Intumit股份有限公司的「SmartRobot」為基礎，經過電算整理疫苗接種相關問答知識所訓練出的AI智能雲端服務，目標是提供居民最即時的新冠肺炎疫苗接種諮詢服務。不論是預約方法、接種的場地、接種當天所需辦理的手續等，皆能立即回覆居民的諮詢需求。由於機器人對相關的諮詢內容已經預先訓練，因此針對各個地方政府的導入將可透過簡單的設定，在很短的時間內就完成AI智能服務機器人的建置，提供民眾全年無休的疫苗接種諮詢服務。此外，透過定期匯入由日本厚生勞動省公告的最新疫情資訊，可以達成諮詢業務內容的自動化，大幅降低AI智能機器人知識庫的維護成本，減輕各個地方政府服務諮詢人員的作業負擔。
